This project involved the removal and replacement of the existing curtain wall system, structural wood upgrades to support the new assembly, and restoration of interior perimeter finishes. To maintain occupancy, fire-rated separations were installed on each floor, and exterior scaffold with shrink-wrap provided weather protection and ensured work progressed without disruption.
Blessed Sacrement School is a French emersion catholic elementary school in Vancouver. The project consisted of a full seismic upgrade to unreinforced masonry walls, existing timber frame and traditional wood framed walls along with a full mechanical heating and domestic water upgrade, electrical distribution, lighting and fire alarm upgrade, a full re-roof and new millwork/finishes throughout.

This renovation involved removing existing poly-b and upgrading to Pex, replacing hot water tanks, electrical upgrades, and renovating the entire kitchen and bathroom.
