James, a seasoned construction professional since 2008, transitioned from hands-on work to a project coordinator role after graduating with Distinction in Integrated Engineering from UBC. With a focus on large-scale projects in commercial, institutional, and residential sectors, he brings a meticulous eye for detail and extensive construction knowledge. James has successfully managed projects including Translink maintenance facilities, public infrastructure projects, and large residential developments. His expertise spans scheduling, constructability, quality management, and financial forecasting, bolstered by experience in Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, and Construction Management contracts for both public and private clients. With his track record and versatile skill set, James will make turning your dreams into reality a smooth process. 

In 2024, James saw a gap in the Okanagan for small yet sophisticated general contractors and decided it was time to take the dive into the entrepreneurial world.
